Navy insurance never disappoints since 2005 but Andrea is awesome as always every time I come in the store to pay my insurance she’s always smiling and asking if I need anything else. I love her energy People need to be like her because customer service is everything 😘.

I am extremely disappointed with United Security Insurance. I have paid over $2,000 in premiums and expected reliable customer service when I needed help. A few weeks ago, I needed my vehicle towed and was told I did not have towing or rental coverage, so I paid for the tow myself. After reviewing my policy declarations, I can clearly see that towing and rental reimbursement are listed as coverages on my policy. When I called back for an explanation, I received even more conflicting information. One representative told me I would have to purchase an additional roadside assistance plan for $155 a year (or $110 for six months). I was also told that if I paid for it that day, I couldn’t even use it for 48 hours. So you’re willing to take my money immediately, but you’re not willing to provide the service immediately. That makes absolutely no sense from a customer’s perspective. Throughout this entire experience, I’ve received different answers from different representatives, and no one has been able to clearly explain what my policy actually covers. As a paying customer, I should not have to guess whether I’m covered or pay out of pocket because of incorrect information. I expect better communication, better training for representatives, and accountability when customers are given inaccurate information. This experience has been frustrating, confusing, and disappointing.
