Navy insurance in Chicago heights on Joe Orr rd. I called them to get my refund because that’s what the lady told me. They told me that I couldn’t get a refund because my money went to the agent for their services. So pretty much I only had insurance for 2 days then they canceled me and gonna say that my money went to the agent. I will never tell anyone to go to them

I when there for a quote maria had an attitude and she was demanding for me to tell her my 2nd car vin when she took my my phone for the 1st vin with no problem …she said that she force her eyes to read the 1st vin number … every time she ask me a questions she had something smart to say .. horrible costumers service .. I will never take my $$ there … pls used a different location for your business …

Navy insurance is very outstanding and professional. I know this to be true because. The agent that got my policy started was outstanding and professional. Veronica!!! Veronica got me a cheaper down payment and monthly payment on my car. A Mercedes-Benz CLA 250 much lower. I would give a 10 star review if I could and I'm being totally honest about this review!!!!

A huge thank you to Brenda and Rama after I had a communication issue about a week ago for trying to get my homeowners insurance, she got the ball rolling so Rama could work on my homeowners insurance policy. At first I was set on one policy but after Rama did most of the work I changed my mind for a different policy.
